Bills Paid - Thanks Lynn

Blue Shield of California provided us with a wonderful person who has interceded for us. Her name is Lynn Goodenough, Transplant Care Coordinator. Everything she does is good enough! Just kidding. Yesterday, she called the Financial Director at Blue Shield to expedite a payment that should have been paid months ago. I was having to make grievances and many phone calls. I spent many hours on this issue, but when Lynn heard about it she stepped in and took care of everything.
