MRI is Clear

The MRI of David's brain was clear. No more bleed. No indication of trauma anywhere in the brain. David's body did extremely well with the anesthesia and came out of it beautifully. The other parents were having such a hard time consoling their children, but David did not cry and the side effects were minimal. He was up, breastfeeding, and very active 2 hours later. The neurologist recommended that he continue the platelet transfusions. The hematologist wants to move the date of the BMT up. However, that would throw our personal schedule off, including the hiring date of our nanny. We will have more information next week after we meet with the hematologist.
