Dr. Argawal said they will start steroids today. The rash and fever has gotten so bad it looks more like GVHD and she needs to treat it. The steroids will help the fever too. I realize he might get moody and/or hyper, plus an increase in appetite. The steroids increase blood pressure and blood sugar, so we might find him on another drug to treat those symptoms. Let's pray the steroids take care of the problem and it will be short term.
