This is a very interesting paper with beautiful electron microscope photos of the morphology of normal T-Cells and (not so beautiful) defective WAS T-cells: http://www.bloodjournal.org/cgi/reprint/90/8/3089.pdf
I'm not sure what David's T-cell morphology looks like...that's my next question.
